How to Log In to Stream

When logging in, you must use the email address you used to register your Stream account. To find out which email address you used, search for ‘Stream’ in all your email accounts. If you have any past emails from us, that is likely the account you need to log in with. Once you have your correct email, there are 3 ways to log in to the app, depending on your employer: 1. With a password login: Open the Stream app. Tap ‘Login/ Sign up’ and enter your email address. Enter your Password. Tap Log in. 2. With authentication via your email (Magic Links): Open the Stream app. Tap ‘Login/ Sign up’ and enter your email address. We will send an email to your email address. Please open this on your mobile device (this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive). You have 2 options here: Tap the ‘Confirm login’ button, and you will be taken back to the app where you will be logged in. Write down the one-time 6-digit PIN in the email and go back to the app. Tap ‘Use PIN code instead’ and enter your PIN to log in. 3. With SSO (not for all employers): If your employer uses Fourth or another SSO provider, you will need to sign in to Stream through your Fourth app. Once logged in, just press the Stream icon, and it will take you back to the app. Your employer might use another app for all benefits/payroll information. You might need to access Stream through this tool. It will vary, so ask your employer if you have questions.
