⏸️ Your account may be paused or disabled for many reasons. The most common reasons are explained below:
Your employer has paused your access. This often happens if you are on sick/holiday/maternity/parental leave.
You have left or are leaving the company (or a leave date has been placed on your account by your employer). For more information, see What Happens When I Leave My Employer?
You have previously closed and ended your account. See How Do I Reopen My Stream Account?
We have invalid banking details for you. If you have recently changed your bank, you will need to check that this account is still compatible for Stream before reaching out to your employer to ensure they have the right details on file for you. See How Do I Check My Banking Details Are Correct?
If you believe your account has been disabled or paused in error, you will need to reach out to your employer to ask why. We cannot reactivate your account if your employer started the pause.
