We have added an extra layer of security to your online transactions with a service called 3DS, also known as 'Verified by Visa'. It is a standard that helps reduce fraud and provides extra security when making online payments.

When making a transaction, the online merchant or retailer will ask you to open the Stream app to confirm the transaction. You will then 'authenticate' the transaction by entering your PIN or using Face ID, which only you can access.
