I Don't Recognize a Transaction on My Card

If you do not recognize a payment in your feed, please follow these steps before contacting us. 1. Freeze your card: 1. Go to the credit card screen. 2. Tap the Freeze button under your Stream card. This stops anyone from using your card if the transaction is fake. You can unfreeze your card anytime. 2. Check the transaction details: 1. Look at the transaction details in your feed. 2. Check if you recognize any details—the merchant, location, date, or time of the payment (sometimes transactions look a bit different from the shop you spent in). 3. Contact the shop or merchant for more information. 3. Check if it could be someone you know: Have you recently given your card details to a friend or family member? 4. Report the transaction: If you still do not recognize the transaction after these steps, please contact our Customer Support Team.
