I've Been Over-Charged for a Transaction
If you think a merchant charged you wrong or did not refund you, you can dispute the transaction by raising a 'chargeback'. Before we can help you challenge a transaction, you need to send a message to the merchant asking for a refund. Keep a record of your communication. This gives us the best chance to get your money back. If the merchant's reply is not good, or it has been more than 14 days since your first message, please contact Customer Support. We will look into it and raise a dispute to get your money back. Please note that depending on your evidence, we might not be able to credit you right away. The dispute process can take up to 3 months to resolve. If you have been a victim of fraud, do not wait 14 days. Please contact us right away.
