📊 Track is the feature in the Stream app that lets you monitor and view all of your activity. It can be found in the lower left-hand corner in the bottom navigation bar.

Balance Information

You can view your Balance breakdown (tap the i icon in the header) to see how we are calculating your available balance to transfer your pay.

Earnings

The Earnings tile will show you how much you have earned since the beginning of the current pay period.

By tapping this tile, you can view more details:

• If you are a salaried employee, you will see how we have calculated your daily salary.

• If you are an hourly employee, you will see your reported shifts. Tapping on a line in this breakdown will show you more details on that specific shift. You can also click the grey bar near the top to see more details on how shifts work and how often we receive shifts from your employer.

If you are missing any earnings on this tile, you will need to speak with your employer. We cannot add shifts at your request; these must be properly approved and sent to us by your employer.

Spending

Once you connect your bank accounts to the Stream app, you can use this tile to track your spending and unlock other useful features. These include low balance alerts that will tell you when your account balance drops below a set amount.

Pay transfers

Here, you can view a history of your pay transfers:

• The pay transfers tile will show how much you have transferred in the current pay period.

• Tapping this tile will show you a breakdown of your pay transfers over time and how they have been categorized.

• Tapping on a line in this breakdown will show you more details on the transaction, including the status, amount, and settlement details.

Salary

The salary tile will show you when we next expect your paycheck. Once we have processed a salary for you, you will also see what you were paid on the previous payday.

This is also where you will find your Salary Statements:

• Tapping this tile will show you a breakdown of all past pay amounts and dates.

• Tapping on a line in this breakdown will show you a statement detailing your Net pay received from your employer, any pay transfers or gift card purchases* that have taken place, any contributions you have set aside for your Build pot*, and the amount that was sent to your bank account.

Build

Here you can view your Build Pot balance* if you have an open pot.

By tapping this tile, you can view your pot, change your settings, or withdraw any funds.

*Depending on the terms of the partnership between your employer and the Stream app, some features may not be available to all users.
