If you are a salaried employee (not hourly), we calculate your earnings a bit differently.

We create a daily salary for you using this formula: Annual salary / 12 = Monthly Accrual. Monthly Accrual / Number of days in the month = Daily Accrual.

This means the daily accrual amount might change each month because of the different number of days.
