Your available balance is based on the eligible shifts you have worked during the current pay period. The amount you can access is calculated based on the percentage set by your employer and adjusted by any amount you have already transferred.
If your balance shows £0, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
You may be viewing the wrong contract or company, see How to Switch Accounts and Contracts in the App
Your earnings have not been updated yet, see My Shifts/Salary are Incorrect
You are on an arrears pay schedule, with some split pay transfers affecting your balance, see Why Has My Pay Been Split Across Pay Periods?
