What to Do if You Have an Issue with Rewards or Cashback

Issue with Discounts

If you have an issue with a discount you received through the Stream app, please make sure you have read the full Terms and Conditions. These can be found on the brand offer page within the app. Not following the Terms and Conditions may make you ineligible for the discount.

For some offers, clicking the link to the brand website does not guarantee the offer has worked and been accepted. You may need to enter the code during checkout. You may need to access specific offer sections of the website. It is your responsibility to ensure the discount has been applied before paying for the goods. If you have further questions, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team.

Rejected Cashback

We do not see why cashback may get rejected. This is done by the retailer where you made your purchase. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • The purchase was canceled or refunded.

  • The product was not eligible for cashback (this will be in the Terms and Conditions).

  • Cookies were not accepted when asked, so we cannot track it.

  • Multiple cashback sites were used, and the Stream app was not the last one.

  • The purchase was made via the retailer's app rather than their website, so we cannot track it.

  • Other breaches of Terms and Conditions.

If you have further questions regarding discounts and cashback, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support Team.

NOTE: If there is an issue, this may be related to the brand or the affiliate network. In these cases, we may need to send you to them to solve your issue.

Issue with Goods Purchased

Unfortunately, the Stream team cannot help with any questions related to goods purchased.

If you have an issue with the goods or services, you will need to reach out to the supplier of these goods directly.
