Ways to Register with the Stream App

There are many ways to register with the Stream app. These are determined by who your employer is. In most cases, you will receive an email from us or another message from your employer with instructions on how to proceed. Please see the different ways to register below:

NOTE: The email address you use for the app cannot be an email address that you share with another person (e.g., a partner or spouse). Each user must have their own individual email account.

📧 Registration with a login link or PIN

If you have received a single sign-on email from the Stream app that invites you to register with a login button:

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one you received your invitation email from the Stream app.

  • You will soon receive an email from us on your mobile device - tap the ‘Sign in’ button.

NOTE: This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

  • You will automatically log in and be sent to the app Terms and Conditions, which you must accept to complete your registration application.

If the 'Sign in' button on your email is not working, you can use the PIN as an alternative:

  • On your app, tap ‘I want to use my PIN’ and enter the 6-digit PIN that is shown in your email (make sure you are using the newest one if you have asked for multiple PINs).

  • This will log you in, and you will be sent to the app Terms and Conditions, which you must accept to complete your registration application.

📧 Registration with a temporary password

If you have received an email from the Stream app that invites you to register with a temporary password.

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one you received your invitation email from us.

  • You will soon receive an email from us on your mobile device - make a record of your login details provided.

NOTE: This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

  • On your app, enter the temporary password given in the email and tap ‘Enroll me’.

  • You will then be asked to set a new password to replace the temporary password we gave you. Update this and continue.

  • You will then be sent to the app Terms and Conditions, which you must accept to complete your registration application.

📲 Registration with Fourth

If your employer is partnered with Fourth, you will need to use the Fourth app to register with the Stream app.

NOTE: Depending on your employer, this app may be called something different, such as KITbag, Kingdom, or Engage.

  • Make sure you have the Stream app downloaded.

  • Open the Fourth App on your mobile device and log in.

  • In the navigation menu, select the Stream app icon and tap ‘Open the Stream app’.

  • You should automatically be sent to the app where you will see the option to ‘Enroll me’. Tap this to continue.

  • Accept the app Terms and Conditions to complete your registration application.
