Every employer has different rules for who can use the app. If you cannot register, you might not be eligible.

Common reasons are:

1. You are retired.
2. You have left or given notice to leave your job.
3. You are a contractor.
4. You are under 18.
5. Your work location or department does not use Stream. Other rules may apply.

If you are unsure, ask your employer if you can join.

Is my bank compatible with the Stream app? Most banks and building societies work with Stream.

To use the app, your bank account must: Work with Faster Payments. Have a unique sort code and account number. Some building society accounts share sort codes and account numbers, with individual reference numbers. These accounts do not work with Stream.
