
If accepted for a loan you must set up a Direct Debit, from a current account that's linked to the Stream app. This can be the account that you get paid into or one that you've connected by Open Banking.
This Direct Debit is for your peace of mind and means you're less likely to miss a loan repayment.
We will always try to use Salary Deduction to collect your loan repayment, unless:
you ask us to change you to a Direct Debit
we can't take a repayment from your salary when you get paid
If we can't take a repayment from your salary, we'll take the repayment by Direct Debit from the account you have set up in the app. You can check & change this by going to Hub -> Loan -> More options -> Manage repayments.
