If you need help with the Stream app, please contact your Line Manager or Supervisor. They can either help you directly or point you to the right person for further help.

When should you reach out to your employer?

Since Stream is a third-party app, we cannot help with matters usually handled by your employer. This includes questions about payslips or shift swaps.

Also, we rely on your employer to send us your information. For security reasons, we cannot change these details. Here are a few common questions that will need to be directed to your employer:

  • Changing personal details, including banking information.
  • Reporting missing earnings on the app.
  • Addressing enrollment delays.
  • Resolving Pay transfer issues (e.g., if unavailable or disabled).
