• No matter the amount you choose to transfer, each transfer has a small convenience fee. You can see this at the bottom of your Pay page.
• These fees will also be shown on your Pay history and your Salary Statements.
• These transfer fees are the only cost to use the Stream app, unless you choose to buy optional services, such as gift cards*.
• Features such as tracking your earned wages, financial education, or Build pots are available* to users at no charge.

*Depending on the terms of the partnership between your employer and the Stream app, some features may not be available to all users.

NOTE: Our mission is to provide fair financial services. If the fees you are charged in a given pay period exceed our fair use policy, we may give a discretionary refund for a portion of your transfer fees. This will be a credit applied to your Salary Statement, which you can view every payday by heading to your Track page and tapping Salary.
