What information do I need to find my old pensions?

The more information you give us, the easier it is to find your old pensions. Together with your personal details, the name of your old employer is the most important information.

It is also helpful if you know:

• Dates you worked there: Roughly when you started and left each job.

• Old pension provider names: If you remember which companies held your pensions.

• An old pension number: If you have any old letters or statements.
