What Happens if I Can't Make My Repayments on My Loan?

If you are unable to make a repayment on your loan, please contact our specialist team to discuss your situation. You can contact the specialist support team in a couple of ways:

  • Log in to Stream

  • Go to the Hub page and select “Help”

  • Click “Contact” and choose “How to contact the customer support team” option

If we do not receive a repayment by your salary by your repayment due date, we will try to take your repayment within 5 working days by Direct Debit. If we cannot collect the repayment due, either from your salary or Direct Debit, we would ask you to make a manual repayment using our account details that can be found in the app. Our specialist team will also reach out to you to discuss how we can support you.

Missing a repayment can lead to fees and negatively affect your credit rating. This could impact your chances of getting loans, credit, and mortgages in the future.
