⚙️ Limits can be found in your Profile under ‘Pay Settings’
Limits are applied in 2 ways:
Employer set maximum limits
Personal limits
⬆️ Employer set maximum limits
These limits may include:
Percentage limits: This is the maximum percentage of your earned gross wages you will be able to access. Typically, this percentage is between 30% to 50%, depending on your employer.
Maximum transfer limit: The maximum amount of Gross wages you can access within a pay period, regardless of any other limits.
Single transfer limit: The maximum amount that can be transferred in one transaction.
Maximum number of Transfers in one pay period: Your employer may limit you to a set number of transfers per pay period. Please note that this will reset on the first day of each pay period, which, depending on your pay schedule, may be different from your payday.
As these limits are decided by your employer, you will not be able to go over them, and they cannot be changed.
⬆️ Personal limits
Within your Employer's maximum limits, you can also set up personal limits on your account using the sliders. If you change any of your limits, remember to tap Save settings to apply your changes.
🔓 Locking Limits
If you wish to lock your limits, you can do so by tapping Lock all pay settings. From here, you can add a timeframe for your lock, as well as a reason, before tapping Save settings to apply your changes.
If you want to unlock these settings later, simply tap the Unlock Settings button and type the word "unlock" when asked.
