Is today your payday?

Your employer gives us your pay schedule. Your next expected payday will be at the top of the Track page. Some banks might pay you earlier, but Stream cannot promise this. We can promise that your salary will be processed by 10 AM GMT on the payday your employer gave us.

Please be patient. Processing times can vary.

It's past 10 AM on payday, and you still have not been paid?

Check your emails and the app: If we have processed your salary, you will get an email confirmation. In the app, go to the Track page and tap Salaries to see your Salary Statement. There, you can see any early pay transfers, Gift Cards, or Build deductions that might have been taken from your paycheck.* If you do not see your most recent pay under the Salaries page, it means we have not received it from your employer. In that case, you need to contact them for more help.

*Some features (like Gift Cards or Build) might not be available to all users, depending on the agreement between your employer and Stream.
