There are two ways to get gift cards

1. Instant Gift Cards: If you have money available, you can buy gift cards instantly through the app. The amount you spend will be taken from your paycheck, just like a regular pay transfer. Please note that the usual fee applies, and these purchases count towards your pay transfer limits.

Once bought, the gift cards will appear under the My Gift Card section on the Discounts page in the Hub. You can use them right away.

Haven't received your Instant Gift Card? Please contact Customer Support and give these details: Your employee ID (from your payslip or employer). The retailer and amount of the missing gift card. A screenshot showing the gift card is not in the app.

Go to the Hub, select Discounts, and check My Gift Cards.


2. Payday Gift Cards: You can also buy gift cards that will be taken directly from your paycheck. This option avoids the usual fee and does not affect your pay transfer limits. However, the gift card will only be available on your payday.

To see these gift cards, go to the My Gift Card section on the Discounts page in the Hub. They will show under Upcoming and will be bought from your paycheck on payday. Then they will be ready to use.

Go to the Hub, select Discounts, and check My Gift Cards.
