If you need a letter to confirm you are part of Stream and explain how we work for your bank or any financial applications, we can help!
Please contact Customer Support, including the following:
1. Your Employee ID number. You will find this on your payslips or your employer can give it to you.
2. The last four digits of your eight-digit bank account. This must be the bank account where your salary is paid. Please give your bank account number, not your card number.
3. Anything specific this letter needs to explain.
4. Dates of any statements you need.
