I Don't Recognize a Transfer on My Account

If you notice a pay transfer deduction from your paycheck that you do not recognize, the first step is to check your Pay Transfer History. Log in, go to the Track page, and select Pay transfers. It is possible that some pay transfers from a previous paycheck were carried over to the current one. You can view this under Settlement Details.

If the transfer is still unfamiliar after reviewing your Pay Transfer History, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team right away. When raising a ticket, include the following information:

  1. Your employee ID number (found on your payslips or obtainable from your employer).
  2. Your Date of Birth.
  3. The Date and Amount of the unrecognized pay transfer.
  4. Confirmation of whether the funds were deposited into your bank account on the date specified in the app.
