How to Resolve Common App Issues
If your Stream app has frozen or a page is not loading, please follow these steps to check for common problems: 1. Close all other apps running on your device. 2. Make sure your device is connected to the internet (preferably Wi-Fi) and has a strong connection. 3. Check your device's storage. If it is full, there might not be enough memory to run the app. 4. Clear your App Cache and/or Data. 5. Make sure your device has the latest operating system (OS). Apple users, here are instructions on how to check your iOS and here's how to update your iOS. Android users, here's how to check and update your OS. 6. Next, try closing the app completely (force close), shutting down your device completely, then restarting the device and the app. Still Running into Issues? If you have done all the above steps and the app still seems broken or frozen, please contact our Customer Support Team. Provide all four pieces of information below so they can help you quickly: 1. Device brand and model (iPhone 7, Samsung Galaxy S10, etc.). 2. Operating system version ("Settings > General > About" on iOS, "Settings > System > Advanced > Android Update" on Android). 3. Your Stream app version (You can see this on the App Store). 4. A video recording of the problem you are having.
