If you want to leave Stream, that is fine! You can close your account through the app. Log in and then: 1. Go to the Profile Picture in the top right corner. 2. Tap Account Settings. 3. Tap Close and terminate account. What happens next? After closing your account, your access will be turned off. This means you can no longer transfer your pay. If you have a Build Pot, any remaining money will be sent to your bank account within 5 working days. If you have a Workplace Savings account, you can get this money by reopening your account through the app or by contacting Customer Support. The unenrollment process will be pending for a few days or until your next payday, depending on any early pay transfers that need to be settled. Once your early pay transfers are settled from your paycheck, your account will be fully closed, and you will get an email confirmation. What if you change your mind? If you decide to reopen your Stream account, you can do so through the app. The reactivation process might take up to 7 business days to finish.
