When setting up your Build pot, you will reach a screen in the app that asks for personal information. You will then be asked to verify these details: First name (must be your full legal name as on your ID). Last name (must be your legal last name). Date of birth. Phone number. Street address. City. Postcode. Country. We will use this information to do a quick check. If you pass, we can set up your Build pot. Sometimes, we need more information. We will ask you to take a picture of a government-issued photo ID and be ready to take a selfie. If you are asked to do this extra step, you will need to: Select the type of photo ID you will use. Your choices are: Passport. Driver's license. National Identity Card. Residence Permit. Tap Enable Camera. Depending on your device, a window might pop up asking to let the Stream app use your camera. Follow the instructions on the screen to photograph your ID. When you are happy, tap Submit photo. You will then be asked to take a selfie: Tap ‘Take selfie’. Follow the instructions on the screen to take your selfie. When you are happy, tap ‘Upload photo’. Tap ‘Continue’. That is the last step. Your Build pot will be set up after your photos are approved. You will get an email when it is done or if more information is needed.
