How do I start using Find & Combine?

It is very simple to start finding your old pensions in the Stream app.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Find & Combine section: Go to Hub and tap on the 'Find & Combine' icon.

  2. Add your personal details: We need some details about you to help us search. These are:

    • Your name

    • Your address

    • Your phone number

    • Your National Insurance number

    • Your nationality

  3. Tell us where you worked: Give us the names of your old employers (the companies you worked for). We also need the years you worked there, add those too.

  4. Add all your old jobs: You can list as many old jobs as you like. The more you add, the more likely we are to find all your old and lost pots.

  5. Tell us what you want to do with your pensions: You can choose to Find Only, or Find & Combine your pensions.

  6. Open a Stream Personal Pension: It’s free to open and acts as the home for all your combined pensions. You also need to give us permission to search for pensions in your name.

That's it! Once you've done these steps, we will go away and search for all your pensions.
