Yes, you can pay extra anytime. Use our account details in the app and pay from one of your banks. You can find the account details by opening the app and going to Hub -> Loan -> Repayments. Click the 'Pay extra' button at the bottom of the screen. You will need to copy or type the account details into your banking app exactly as they appear in the Stream app. PLEASE NOTE: If your bank asks if you are paying a Personal or Business account, always choose Business. Type in the full 'Payee Name' as it appears in the Stream app. If you type any other business name, you might see a 'These details do not match' warning. You can make extra payments anytime, with no fee. If you want to pay off the loan completely, please contact the Customer Support Team for an early settlement amount.
